The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Website, as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is $10.00 in the United States. Insurance is at Purchaser’s expense and must be requested prior to purchase. Requests to ship via a service other than USPS can be achieved at Purchaser’s expense.

International

  • Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
  • Purchases outside of North America will be shipped via Priority Mail at a discounted cost to Purchaser. The purchase price and declared value cannot differ. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.  ITS-ALL-GOODE is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
  • Insured international shipping is USD42.  Insured Federal Express is more expensive and must be agreed upon and paid for prior to the final purchase. Boxes are not included for packages mailed outside of the United States except after mutual agreement of extra charges between It’s All Goode and Purchaser.
  • Any deviation from international delivery as described above is at Purchaser’s expense.

Return Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL except in cases of mutually agreed upon authenticity or item description/condition discrepancies. Please contact me with any questions or misgivings immediately after receiving your package.  Any returns must include the original packaging.  Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.  All shipping charges after the original shipment are the responsibility of Purchaser.

  • An Hermes box is not included with every listing. Please mention if it is important to you. An extra charge may apply.
